Within the framework of Techfest-Whise 2023, the final round of the DigiTrans Smart City competition - Smart city building initiative in 2023 with the theme "Digital transformation applications in “smart cities'' selected the following applications with the most excellent taste.
DigiTrans Smart City competition - Smart city building initiative in 2023 is directed by the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh City Hi-Tech Park, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology and Thu Duc City People's Committee; and receive coordination and companionship from many units. The first prize belongs to the project Casso-payOS - Payment operating system with many new initiatives
The competition attracted more than 100 projects to participate, of which 50 potential projects were selected as technology startups and projects from universities: Polytechnic University (Ho Chi Minh City National University), Ho Chi Minh City University of Science and Technology, Ho Chi Minh City National University. Da Nang Polytechnic University, University of Natural Sciences (Ho Chi Minh City National University), Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education.
In the final round, teams compete by presenting their projects' products and business models in front of a jury panel of experts in the field of technology, innovation startups and representatives. Agencies and units accompanying the competition.
Through the competition, projects are completed and their ideas and products are developed and have the opportunity to receive valuable prizes from sponsors, as well as being supported to participate in the incubation program at the Garden. High-Tech Business Incubator (SHTP-IC).
The final result, the first prize belongs to the project Casso-payOS - Payment operating system with a prize of 50 million VND and 1 year of free bus ticket service from Vexere.
Second prize belongs to the SMT-Swarm Entertainment project: New light art to replace fireworks in smart cities, prize of 30 million VND and 6 months of free bus ticket service from Vexere
Third prize belongs to VieTech Solutions 2 project - Application of 3D printing of bioplastics in the design and manufacture of exoskeleton actuators to restore function for the hand, prize of 20 million VND and 3 months of free service. bus fare from Vexere.
