Dear Valued Tenants,
On behalf of Sacom-Chip Sang Company Limited (SCS), SCS Building Management Board sincere thanks to our Tenants for accompanying us during the past time.
SCS Building Management Board would like to inform New Year holidays schedule as below:

1. SCS Building shall be closed from Wednesday, January 01^st , 2025 after that we will open as usual on Thursday, January 02^nd, 2025.
2. SCS Building Management Board still maintains property security and fire protection, technical work. However:

• Elevator system: will temporarily lock the elevators No 2-3-4-5-6 on December 31^st, 2024, except for the elevator No.1 (for patrolling, checking the system and the contractor - if any).
• Domestic water supply system: will lock the water supply lines for all floors (except the floor where Tenants register to work).
• Central air conditioning system: Temporarily suspend operations completely to coordinate with contractors for periodic maintenance during the holiday normal supply returns from Thursday, January 2^nd, 2025.
• SCS Building Management Board will suspend application approval activities (issuance of cards, vehicle registration, construction documents, letters of application...) from 17:00, December 31^st, 2024. For Customer Service, Security, Technical, etc…we will cut off staff on duty to ensure uninterrupted service provision to our Tenants.

3. If Tenants want to work during the holiday, please register by email info@scs.vn or directly to the Reception before 17:00, December 31^st, 2024.

• Notes: When employees enter or leave the SCS Building during holidays, please provide to the Management Board and present their ID card/driver's license or confirmation from a company representative. At the same time, ensure compliance with the Building's regulations on security, property safety, fire safety and rescue.

4. In order to ensure fire safety, security and property safety issues in your office. Please turn off the lights (including decorative lights) and unnecessary office equipment, the altar (if any) does not light incense before locking the office door, does not leave personal property at the office, inspects and closes all windows before the holiday period.
5. In order to ensure and promptly fix server problems (if any) when unexpected power failure occurs during Holidays, please provide/update your IT manager information so SCS can contact and handle the problem together.
6. In order to facilitate the management of the Building and ensure security during our holidays, please provide the SCS Building Management Board with holidays schedule before 16:00 on December 30^h, 2024.
