The Vietnam Earth Hour campaign presided over by the Ministry of Industry and Trade has attracted the attention and response of 63 provinces and cities and millions of people from all walks of life. In 2019, Ho Chi Minh City Hi-tech Park Management Board continued to respond to the role of launching and responding to Earth Hour campaign in Ho Chi Minh City Hi-tech Park. Implementation time is at 20:30 to 21:30 on March 30, 2019.
Starting in 2007 in Sydney (Australia), the number of participants was only 2 million. Earth Hour is an annual international event, called by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), calling on households and businesses to turn off electric lights and electrical equipment without impact. Great to live for an hour at 20:30 to 21:30 (local time) last Saturday of March every year.

Each small action will bring great significance to contribute to changing community awareness about environmental protection, energy conservation, climate change response, contributing to preserving the country's natural resources. Not only for us today, but also for future generations of Vietnam forever.
Responding to the Campaign and aiming to disseminate, propagate, raise awareness of energy efficiency, save electricity, use clean energy sources, renewable energy and minimize environmental pollution, SCS jointly responded to the campaign announced by the Ho Chi Minh City Hi-tech Park Management Board as follows:
- Propagate and inform about Earth Hour campaign, economical electricity usage.
- Performing the act of turning off the electricity for 1 hour at 20:30 to 21:30 on March 30, 2019.
- Perform waste classification at source.
- Using green products, environmentally friendly products.
- Turn off the engine when stopping the red light for more than 20 seconds when participating in the road traffic by motorbike to reduce emissions causing climate change. Priority to use bio-gasoline (E5).
- Mobilize all officials, employees, employees of agencies, businesses and units to participate in the campaign with practical actions at home and work.
In the spirit of practical support for the program "Earth Hour 2019", SCS is a member of the High-Tech Park, looking forward to the officials and employees working in SCS building in particular and the whole High-Tech Park. Ho Chi Minh City in general and the family enthusiastically participated in some of the response activities of Earth Hour Campaign 2019. Join hands, contribute to making the world better "Small actions, Big meanings" contribute environmental protection and public health.
In addition to implementing the Earth Hour SCS also launched businesses in the building to carry out the movement of sorting waste at source to contribute to creating a green, clean and beautiful environment. SCS also uses solar energy with the awareness of reducing environmental pollution load.
