Dear value Tenants,
Management of the SCS building would like to send warm greetings and best wishes to you and your family.
Management office shall be closed on occasion of the National Holiday 2/9, with some notes as follows:
SCS Building shall be closed on Monday, September 02nd, 2019 and shall resume normal services on Tuesday, September 03rd, 2019
1. SCS Building will remain open during Holiday but without building's central air conditioning, all other building essential services will operate at minimum operating status. Building's facilities shall revert back to normal operation from Tuesday, September 03rd, 2019
2. Any working at Building during Holidays, kindly inform to Management office before 14:00 o’clock Friday, August 30th, 2019.
3. The Management would like to issue a gentle fire hazard. Please pay attention to turn off all unnecessary office equipment, locking the main water valve in the pantry room, windows,... and close the window in your office. Pls contact us to proceed with sealing the office door at the end of workday.
4. For those constructor are under renovation, repair,… please do not construct work categories without the approval of the Building Management.
