INVESTMENT PROCEDURES

When wishing to change the contents of the certificate of registration of the investment, investors implement procedures for adjusting registration certificate investment.

2. Composition of records:

- A written request for adjustment of registration certificates of investment (Form I.9)

- Report on the implementation of investment projects to date suggest adjusting investment projects (Form 1:10)

- Decision on the adjustment of investment projects of investors

- Documents specified at Points b, c, d, e, f, g of Clause 1, Part III, Section

3. Number of files:

- A valid dossier must include the full range of components such records. Investors should prepare 01 (a) original set and 04 (four) dossier photo.

4. The time limit for acceptance of the dossier:

- Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of complete documents and valid Management Unit High Tech will adjust the registration certificate of investment for investors in the meeting refused to adjust the Certificate investment registration, the Board of Management of High Tech will have a written notice stating the reasons for investors.

5. For projects subject to investment policy decisions, when adjusting investment projects related to the objectives, investment location, major technology investment increase or decrease more than 10% of the total capital status, duration of implementation, change investor or change conditions for investors (if any), the Management Board will thuchien High Tech procedure investment policy decisions before adjusting certificate investment registration.

6.
