The mobile phone was picked up by Ms. Hoang (an employee at SCS) in the 8th floor toilet, SCS Building while cleaning. When she picked up the phone, she immediately informed and sent it to SCS Building Management. Right this morning, SCS Building Management contacted the owner of the phone and handed it back to Mr. Quang.
