SCS always complies with monthly/quarterly/yearly inspection of fire prevention equipment according to current regulations and coordinates with authorities to organize annual fire prevention drills. Standard fire protection system connects 24/7 with the regional fire police.

Calling for raising awareness of fire prevention and fighting of all customers and partners, mobilizing everyone to participate in practical activities through hanging a bandroll in front of the SCS Building with the message "Fire prevention and fighting" is the responsibility of each agency, organization, household and individual."

SCS coordinated with Thu Duc City Cultural Center to print and hang propaganda banners "Celebrating the 62nd Anniversary of the Establishment of the Fire Prevention, Fighting, Rescue and Rescue Police Force" in the Thu Duc city.

Do not hook up electricity, charge car batteries, or pump gasoline back and forth in the basement parking area of the SCS building.

Absolutely no smoking in the basement area of the Building in any form. If desired, you can smoke in the garden area on the 9th floor and the garden area on the G floor of the Building according to SCS's instructions.

For the driver's room area: Please inform the driver not to smoke, not to leave motorbikes/cars running when parked in the basement, towing or using illegal drugs. Arbitrary and unsafe use of electricity.
