In the reel of life, everyone wishes themselves and their loved ones a lot of luck. But life does not anticipate everything. Yesterday was still healthy, joyful, in just minutes everything is gone when critical illness, sudden injury struck, no one left.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Ngan - Security Officer of Sacom- Chip Sang Building (SCS) is currently residing at No. 1262/9 Group 3, Phuoc Lai Quarter, Long Truong Ward, District 9, HCMC. Mr. Ngan is in extremely difficult circumstances. Nguyen Hoai Thuong is the daughter of Ngan, born in 2005 - died at 17:00 on November 23, 1818 because of traffic accidents. Ngan's wife suffered many years of inability to walk, Ngan was severely shocked, so he was seriously ill, was relatives rushed to emergency at 22h on November 27, 1818 and was diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage. Currently, Ngan is receiving treatment at an isolation ward, District 2 Hospital.
