a. Utility infrastructure:
High Tech currently ready all amenities in the area to complete the building of infrastructure. For the remaining area, High Tech flexible plans ensure it meets the needs of investors.
* Electricity: designed automatically with stable power supply by 02 stations from 03 63MVA independent sources (Thu Duc Bac, Duc Dong, ....). In 2017 High Tech will put into operation an independent power plant Tech Zone with an initial capacity of 163MVA.
* Telecommunications: MAN broadband infrastructure under the model "a system - multi-service", able to provide high-speed Internet access: ISDN, xDSL, FE / GE 100M / 1000M.
* Water: design capacity of 9,500 m3 / day, can upgrade to 24,300 m3 / day, with reserve tank with 3,500 m3 of reserves for Phase 1 (300 ha).
* Waste water treatment: capacity of the wastewater treatment plant of 5,000 m3 / day, can upgrade to 20,000 m3 / day.
* Gas industry: providing gases N2, O2, Arg, H2, ...
b. Service:
