Appearance of Metro No. 1 elevated station

Station in front of Hi-Tech Park (Thu Duc City) Metro Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien line, including lobby, ticketing area, function room, train entrance..., has reached 99% of the volume.
After 10 years of construction, Metro Line 1 (Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien) has completed about 92% of the progress. The whole route has 11 elevated stations: Van Thanh, Tan Cang, Thao Dien, An Phu, Rach Chiec, Phuoc Long, Binh Thai, Thu Duc, Hi-tech Park, Suoi Tien, New Eastern Bus Station and 3 underground stations: Ba Son, Ben Thanh, City Theater.
Currently, out of 11 elevated stations, the station in front of the Hi-Tech Park has the fastest progress and is expected to be completed this year. The remaining elevated stations are currently at more than 90% progress.
The station consists of the ground floor and two floors, 150 m long, 23 m wide, 22 m high. Right at the entrance to the ground floor is the main staircase leading up to the ticketing area, the lobby. On both sides of the stairs are escalators and elevators (covered with green canvas) that have been installed. This floor has items such as technical area, reception hall, water tank system, fire protection, parking lot...
The space on the ground floor is being paved by workers to make parking for metro passengers.
The upper floor, which is about 1,200 m2, is an open area, designed as a place to sell and check tickets, an administrative room, a souvenir shop, a technical room, a fire protection system..., has been basically completed. .
This floor is tiled with ceramic tiles, the ceiling is covered with aluminum material with a circular design lighting system. According to the contractor, the next time will complete items such as lights, toll gates, ticket gates, information counters...
In addition to 6 stairs, the entire station has three escalators and two elevators to serve passengers from the ground floor to the top.

Around the columns and walls in the lobby are empty cells to install electronic billboards.
The top floor is the place where the train stops to pick up and drop off passengers, the roofing, rails, electrical systems, cables, entrances... The roof is corrugated iron, open design with a gap of about 2 m wide in the middle. natural light, creating ventilation for the station.
The two walkways on the side of the track are paved with ceramic tiles and designed with yellow walkways for people with disabilities. The entrance to the ship has 24 doors on each side of aluminum and glass. Under the entrance are drawn arrows pointing in and out for guests when the train stops to pick up and drop off passengers.
On both sides of the station, an aluminum ventilation system is installed, helping to ventilate the air and get natural light. On the ceiling and on the sides of the upcoming station, the system of cables, cameras, signal wires, lighting will be completed...
The entire metro line is being installed with equipment for the power supply system, in which the overhead power line at the station of the Hi-Tech Park is basically completed.
At the end of August, all 17 trains were run at the Long Binh depot, Thu Duc City, before running the elevated section at the end of this year to prepare for testing on the main line.
As the first urban railway project in Ho Chi Minh City, Metro No. 1 has a total investment of more than 43,700 billion VND, is nearly 20 km long from Ben Thanh to Long Binh depot and is expected to run commercially in the fourth quarter of next year.
