HUNG KING COMMEMORATION, LIBERATION DAY AND INTERNATIONAL LABOUR DAY 2023 HOLIDAY ANNOUCEMENT

SCS Building Management Board would like to wish you good health, respectful greetings and most sincere thanks to our valued Tenants for always trusting, working together and accompanying us in the past time.
SCS Building Management Board would like to inform coming holidays as below:

Hung King Commemorations, Liberation Day and International Labour Day suspend on Saturday, April 29th , 2023 to Wednesday, May 03rd, 2023 after that we will open as usual on Thursday, May 04th , 2023.

SCS Building Management Board still maintains property security and fire protection, technical work. However:

Elevator system: will temporarily lock the elevators No 2-3-4-5-6, except for the elevator No. 1 (for patrolling, checking the system and the contractor - if any).

Domestic water supply system: will lock the water supply lines for all floors (except the floor where Tenants register to work).

Central air conditioning system: will be temporarily closed to maintenant during the holiday period (work with contructor) from Saturday, April 29th, 2023 to Wednesday, May 03rd, 2023; after that work as asual on Thursday, May 04th , 2023

SCS Building Management Board will suspend application approval activities (issuance of cards, vehicle registration, construction documents, letters of application...). For Customer Service, Security, Technical, etc…we will cut off staff on duty to ensure uninterrupted service provision to our Tenants.

In order to ensure fire safety, security and property safety issues in your office. Please turn off the lights ( including decorative lights ) and unnecessary office equipment, the altar (if any) does not light incense before locking the office door, does not leave personal property at the office, inspects and closes all windows before the holiday period. SCS Building Management Board will cooperate with Dong A security and your authorized representative to seal the maindoor of your office at the end of the working day April 28th,2023

SCS Building’s parking facilities shall be shut down from 07:00 PM, Friday, April 28th,2023, and revert back to normal operation from 06:00 AM, Thurday, May 04th,2023. Vehicle parked in building facilities during holidays is in advance with the Building Management Board at the latest by 12:00 PM on Friday, April 28th, 2023

The Pantry area in the Tenants office should be cleaned of water containers to limit odors caused by bacteria after returning to work. SCS Building Management Board will inspect the Pantry area of the Tenants office before 03:00 PM on April 28th 2023.

If Tenants want to work during the holiday, please register by email or directly to the Reception 3 days before the holiday. Your employees entering or leaving the SCS building during holidays, please provide to the SCS Building Management Board and present your ID card (or driver's license) or confirmation from a company representative.

In order to ensure and promptly fix server problems (if any) when unexpected power failure occurs during Holidays, please provide information about your IT manager so SCS can contact and handle the problem together.

In order to facilitate the management of the Building and ensure security during our holidays, please provide the SCS Building Management Board with holidays schedule before 16:00 on April 26th, 2023.
