BQL.SCS would like to inform our customers that the National Day holiday schedule of September 2, 2022 of SCS Building is as follows:
1. The building will be closed for public holidays from
Thursday, September 1, 2022 to
Sunday, September 04, 2022 and back to normal business on
Monday, September 5, 2022.
2. During the holiday, the Management Board.SCS still maintains security, fire protection, technical staff to operate. However:

Elevator system: Temporarily lock the ladders 2-3-4-5-6, except for ladder 1
(for checklist patrol, system check and construction contractor - if any)

Domestic water supply system on all floors : Temporarily suspending domestic water supply to pantry in customer's office, toilet on all floors (except for floors with customers registered to work on holidays) to ensure safety during the day. think ceremony.

Central air conditioning system:The building will be completely closed to cooperate with the contractor for periodic maintenance and maintenance during the holiday period from September 1, 2022 to the end of September 4, 2022; Normal supply returns from Monday, September 5, 2022.

If you want to register to work during the holiday, please register by email or directly at the front desk 3 days before the holiday. Employees of customers entering and exiting the SCS Building during the holidays, please register with the BQL.SCS and present your ID/CCCD/driver's license, or confirmation of the Company's representative.
4. In order to ensure fire safety, security and property safety in the office, please note that
all lights (including decorative lights) should be turned off.and other unnecessary office equipment,
altar (if any) do not light incense before locking the office door,
do not leave personal property in the office ,
check and close all windows before the break ceremony
. At the same time, gather or transport smelly, flammable waste and scraps out of the Building according to regulations.
5. BQL.SCS will cooperate with East Asia security and your authorized representative to
seal the main door of your office at the end of Wednesday, August 31, 2022 for the National Day.
6. In order to facilitate the management of the Building and ensure security during the Holidays, please provide your Company's holiday schedule to the Management Board.SCS before 16:00 on August 24, 2022 .
