Sacom-Chip Sang Building Management Board (BQL.SCS) would like to wish you good health, respectful greetings and most sincere thanks to customers for always trusting, working together and with us all the time.
The SCS Board of Management would like to announce the holiday schedule for the Liberation of the South on April 30, and the International Labor Day on May 1 of the Building as follows:

1. Liberation of the South (April 30) and International Workers (May 1): Closed from Saturday, April 30, 2022 to Tuesday, May 3, 2022 and resume normal work on  Wednesday, May 4, 2022.
2. During the holiday, the SCS Board of Management still maintains the security and safety of assets, fire prevention and technical work. However :
   •  Elevator system: Temporarily locking and only maintaining elevator 1.
   • Domestic water supply system on all floors: Temporarily suspending domestic water supply to the pantry in your office to ensure safety during public holidays.
   • Central air conditioning system: The building will be temporarily closed to cooperate with the contractor for periodic maintenance and maintenance during the holiday period from April 30, 2022 to the end of May 3, 2022; Normal supply returns from Wednesday, May 4, 2022.
3. If you want to register to work during the holiday period, please register by email or directly at the front desk 3 days before the holiday. Employees of customers entering and exiting the SCS Building during the holidays, please register with the Management Board.SCS and present your ID card (or driver's license), or confirmation of the Company's representative.
4. In order to ensure fire safety, security and property safety in the office, please note that all lights (including decorative lights) and other unnecessary office equipment should be turned off. The altar (if any) does not light incense before locking the office door, does not leave personal property at the office , checks and closes all windows before the holiday period . At the same time, gather or transport smelly and flammable waste and scraps out of the Building according to regulations.
5. SCS Board of Management will cooperate with the security team and your authorized representative to seal the main door of your office at the end of April 29, 2022 for the Southern Liberation Festival April 30. and International Labor 1-5.
6. In order to facilitate the management of the Building and ensure security during the Holidays, please provide your Company's holiday schedule to the SCS Board of Management before 16:00 on April 16, 2022.
