In order to safely control and prevent epidemics at SCS Building from today October 1, 2021, SCS's Management Board informs reviewing and implementing the Criteria according to Decision 3328/QD-BCD, Official Letter 1017 /KCNC-BCD COVID-19 and send a written confirmation of your Company's agreement to comply with regulations/ or sign the commitment (attached) to the SCS's Management Board before October 2, 2021 and SCS will report to the High-Tech Park Management Board (SHTP).
In order to ensure compliance with the Criteria, BQL.TN SCS recommends that customers prepare to do the following:

The results of self-assessment of the safety of enterprises against Covid-19 epidemic according to Decision 2194/QD-BCDQG dated May 27, 2020 of the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control and Decision 3328 /QD-BCD dated September 15, 2021 of the Ho Chi Minh City Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control.

Safe business operation plan and business expansion plan for the period after September 30, 2021 for the following timelines: October 1, 2021, October 15, 2021, October 31/ 2021 and beyond.

For Enterprises that do not have the Investment Certificate of SHTP, please send it to SCS Management Board if it has not been submitted (or updated) so that SCS Management Board can update information and report to SHTP.

The list of minimum registration of personnel entering and working in the building as required Criterion 1 must be approved by the Business Leader, specify the number of injections for employees of the unit and send it to the SCS's Management Board before October 2, 2021 or before every Saturday.

Have a Green Card/Limited Green Card:

Green card: Have had 2 doses of vaccine (the second dose is two weeks after the injection) or the person has been infected with F0 (with a certificate of completion of isolation from the authorities) and undergoes periodic testing as prescribed.

Limited green card: Have received 1 dose of vaccine (2 weeks after injection) and performed periodic testing as prescribed.

Within 14 days no exposure to F0.

For visitors/construction contractors: Comply with the above content.

Make Health Declaration and Domestic Movement using QR code that can show vaccination history of VNEID application and HCM Health or Electronic Health until the PC-Covid application is officially put into operation according to Instructions link:

Ensure a safe distance at the working area/meeting room: the working area of the employees is at least 2m apart from each other or has a partition and the room temperature is not lower than 25 degrees Celsius.

Actively arrange personnel for internal inspection and supervision, record results, and directions to overcome (if any) the implementation according to the requirements of the company's epidemic prevention and control regulations: temperature measurement, medical declaration electronic daily at the entrance of the Building, ensuring a distance of 2m, avoiding crowded people.

Equip materials and tools for epidemic prevention at each company's office
Equipped with hand sanitizer dispenser at the entrance, meeting room, at each table of the meeting room, reception room.
Regarding the regulations on the medical room used to isolate people with suspected signs of infection while waiting for the authorities to comment, the Management Board.TN has prepared a temporary medical isolation location in the 7th floor and 8th floor to be used as needed.

Ensure environmental sanitation to prevent epidemics in the Unit area:
Regularly disinfect the office area at least once a week
In order to limit the spread of disease at the Building, it is recommended that you actively sort your garbage and gather in the garbage disposal area behind the Building, absolutely do not put it in the household garbage container located on the floors and in the house. toilet

Each Company has an appropriate plan/plan for epidemic prevention and control from time to time according to the Guidelines of the Health Authority, including a plan for handling suspected and infected people at the Unit. (detailed in Article 1 of this notice)
