Electronic Health Book (SSKĐT) is a mobile application for people to connect directly with the Personal Health Record System of the Ministry of Health. With this application, people can easily manage their own health information and be proactive in the prevention of the COVID-19 epidemic. In the past few days, vaccination information of people in Ho Chi Minh City has been updated on the e-healthcare website. In which, in some cases, when checking, it was discovered that there was a mistake in updated information on the e-healthcare system. In order to facilitate correction of inaccurate information, the City Center for Disease Control receives information that needs to be corrected related to the issue of COVID-19 vaccine vaccination of the City's residents on the e-mail. The information that needs to be edited will be transferred to the relevant unit for update.
