In 2023, Ho Chi Minh City was approved by the National Assembly under Resolution No. 98/2023/QH15 on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Ho Chi Minh City, opening a new development phase for the city with specific mechanisms and policies on science and technology and innovation.
After nearly a year of implementation, these policies have received strong support from the creative startup community.
