After 7 days of isolation and having a positive rapid test result, people can receive a certificate of completion of isolation according to the following steps:
Take a picture of the negative antigen rapid test tray that has just been tested, and write the name and date of the test on the tray.
Enter the mobile phone number you are using in the box "Enter a verified phone number", then click the "Get OTP code" button. The system will automatically send the OTP code to the phone number.

The system will send a text message to the phone number F0 provided to confirm. After the Health Station receives and verifies the information, a certificate of completion of isolation will be issued. Scanned or electronic copies will be sent to F0's original registered email.
In case F0 does not have an email, a paper copy can be received directly at the Health Station. After 5 days from the date of completion of home isolation, if F0 does not receive a paper copy directly at the station, the paper will be transferred to the Residential Group to support home distribution for people.
