Currently, the CNC has 111 operating enterprises with more than 52,000 employees. Of which, managers are 1,753 people (3.3%); high-level technical experts are 12,006 people (22.7%); middle-level technical experts are 11,081 people (21%); other workers: 27,941 people (52.9%). There are 360 foreign experts.
The labor productivity of enterprises in the CNC Zone increased by 37.18%/year, 1.8 times higher than enterprises in industrial parks and 8.9 times higher than enterprises in export processing zones. The average salary and income of workers in the CNC Zone is 17.57 million VND/month; the highest is 562.25 million VND/month (FDI); the average Tet bonus is 14.75 million VND, the highest is 1.9 billion VND, much higher than the general level

The goal by 2030 is for the CNC Park to become a Science and Technology Park, playing a core role in regional innovation clusters and promoting a green and sustainable economy. By 2045, the CNC Park will develop into a “smart innovation intermediary” with a global vision, possessing specialized infrastructure and an innovation environment according to international standards... Therefore, the need for high-quality human resources in the CNC Park is extremely urgent.
Specifically, the CNC Park's human resource needs by 2030 will have at least 20% of newly recruited civil servants and public employees; strive for 100% of talented people to continue working after 5 years of recruitment. The proportion of recruited talents trained and fostered in the field of science and technology will reach 30% by 2025; reach 60% by 2030 to reach 100% by 2050.
At the meeting, the leaders of the CNC Management Board shared some experiences in developing and using high-quality human resources.
Accordingly, the CNC plays a coordinating and connecting role between investors and enterprises in assessing and forecasting human resource needs, regularly grasping recruitment needs and skill requirements of enterprises to build human resource development strategies in line with the development orientation of the CNC's key industries.
To use high-quality human resources, it is necessary to build common goals. Currently, the CNC is developing based on a 3-house linkage model, in which it is necessary to specify the work contents that need cooperation, and manage human resources according to goals to promote the development of high-quality human resources.

It is necessary to develop clear criteria for attracting investment, including contents related to human resources of investment projects, strengthen inspection and supervision of investment projects, thereby promoting the development of high-quality human resources in accordance with the strategic development orientation of the Hi-Tech Park.
It is necessary to proactively cooperate internationally to develop human resources, link with universities, technical and vocational schools in the region, establish training programs according to orders, support student internships, participate in applied research projects, etc.
The leaders of the Hi-Tech Park Management Board also proposed to the Government and the National Assembly: it is necessary to develop a comprehensive strategy for developing high-quality human resources; perfect the system of mechanisms and policies on developing high-quality human resources associated with the requirements of the 4.0 industrial revolution; increase capital investment support for enterprises related to high-tech fields; develop a national industrial strategy to have a basis for developing policies and laws on the development and use of human resources to meet the requirements of socio-economic development, especially high-quality human resources; build a data system on the network of experts, scientists and people with special talents...
