1. The monthly salary for which social insurance and unemployment insurance premiums are based: The minimum mandatory requirement is:
- Region I: 4,680,000 VND/month (currently 4,420,000 VND/month).
- Region II: 4,160,000 VND/month (currently 3,920,000 VND/month).
- Region III: 3,640,000 VND/month (currently 3,430,000 VND/month).
- Region IV: 3,250,000 VND/month (currently 3,070,000 VND/month).
2. The highest monthly salary on which compulsory social insurance premiums are based will continue to comply with current regulations (VND 29,800,000/month).
3. The highest monthly salary for which compulsory unemployment insurance premiums are based from July 1, 2022 is as follows:
- Region I: VND 93.6 million/month (currently VND 88,400,000/month).
- Region II: 83,200,000 VND/month (currently 78.4 million VND/month).
- Region III: 72,800,000 VND/month (currently 68,600,000 VND/month).
- Region IV: 65,000,000 VND/month (currently 61,400,000 VND/month).
