We would like to update and forward to you the email content of District 9 High-Tech Park (SHTP) Management Board regarding the continued implementation of Directive 16 at least until April 22 at Ho Chi Minh City Hi-Tech Park under the direction of the Government as follows:
In the pass 14 days since the instruction document No. 16 of Government about implementing social isolation and until the afternoon of April 15th, Mr Nguye Xuan Phuc – Prime Minister chaired the Government Permanent meeting on prevention of COVID-19, reviewed the implementation of the instruction document No. 16 and make the new decision. With that spirit, The Prime Minister agreed with the suggestion of National Steering Committee on disease risk classification among localities based on a number of criteria such as epidemiological analysis, current disease situation, ability to copy, demographic, traffic, a lot of foreigners coming, a lot of infections ...Agreed to classify in to 3 groups: High-risk groups, risk groups, and low-risk groups , in which Ho Chi Minh City belongs to the high-risk group including 12 localities will continue to the instruction documents No. 16 / CT-TTg until April 22nd, 2020.
At the same time, according to Document No. 4495 / TB-SGTVT of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport on April 15th, 2020 on the organization of road passenger transportation during the Covid-19 epidemic in Ho Chi Minh City continue to suspend the transport of passengers on fixed routes, buses, taxis, contract vehicles (including contract vehicles of less than 9 seats applying technology) tourist cars operating in Ho Chi Minh City Minh from 00h00 April 16th, 2020 until end of April 22nd, 2020 except for special cases for official reasons and cases of providing food, foodstuffs, essential necessities, shuttle buses for workers and experts of enterprises, etc. vehicles which are permitted to operate must meet the requirements (disinfection of vehicles before and after the reception of passengers; not to transport more than 50% of seats and no more than 20 people on a vehicle; Drivers and passengers must wear masks, medical examinations and medical declarations in accordance with regulations ...)
Besides, to perform better in disease prevention to ensure safety for customers in the building.
